Visual: Intense, bright and clear pale yellow color with strong nuances of silver and green on the edges. Medium legs. Nose: Very intense aromatics on the bouquet with notes of lemon-lime, green apple, Ripe citrus with a hint of ripe stone fruits. The second nose is richer with notes of green apple, ripe citrus and a hint of petrol. Palate: crisp and flavorful attack with aromas of ripe citrus, green apple and white floral notes. Firm, yet smooth, midpalate with great expression of citrus and stone fruits with a vibrant freshness that balances a rich texture. Strong and persistent finish of crisp citrus fruit, a mineral core and a lush texture.
Pair with Fish: white fishes with steamed vegetables. Meats: poultry, especially with creamy sauces. Also consider this wine to accompany the cheesecake for dessert.
