Pale pink in color with amber highlights, this wine's fruity nose reveals a highly perfumed bouquet of fresh flowers reminiscent of champagne. Vivid on the palate with a hint of brioche, it finishes with aromas of strawberries, green apple and melon.

Blanc de Noirs, literally White from Black, is a French term for white wine made from red or purple grapes. Our Blanc de Noirs is a still white wine that furthers our exploration of wines made from Pinot Noir. Spring and summer were some of the warmest and driest on record but the 2018 season was longer due to cool autumn weather. The grapes developed complex flavors on the vine while retaining fresh acidity. A small selection of Dijon clone Pinot Nair was hand-picked in October and gently pressed. The resulting juice was fermented for three months, producing a delicate wine of apricot hue.
