It finishes with lifted acidity, soft tannins, and subtle earthy spice, delivering length and finesse in equal measure.

Crafted from a mix of Dijon and heritage clones (115, 667, 777, 828, 91, 943, and Swan), this Pinot Noir was cold-soaked for 7 days and fermented in one-ton fermenters using indigenous yeasts. Aged 14 months in neutral French oak, it delivers purity, structure, and a beautiful sense of place.
