A note before you pour:
A thoughtful collection of Canadian wines spanning British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley and Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula. From an aromatic library-vintage Gewürztraminer and fresh Bordeaux-inspired white to vibrant rosé and structured Cabernet Franc, this selection showcases the diversity, freshness and character of Canadian wine.
2016 Meyer Family Vineyards Gewürztraminer
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia
Pale gold in the glass, this library-vintage Gewürztraminer is beautifully aromatic, opening with lychee, rose petal, white peach and ginger spice. The palate is bright and dry, with layers of pear, citrus peel and exotic spice, balanced by refreshing acidity and a subtle mineral quality.
With bottle age, notes of orange marmalade, ripe yellow peach, kumquat and honeysuckle add complexity while the wine retains an impressive freshness. The finish is clean and delicately perfumed, with lingering rosewater and citrus spice.
Alcohol: 13%
Ideal Pairings: Thai green curry, Vietnamese lemongrass chicken, chicken korma, soft cheeses, or melon with prosciutto.
2020 Poplar Grove Cabernet Franc
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia
Medium ruby in the glass, with expressive aromas of ripe blueberry, black tea and eucalyptus, followed by subtle notes of cedar, earth and herbs.
The palate brings tart cranberry and Bing cherry, framed by bold yet refined tannins and bright acidity. Medium-bodied and structured, it finishes long, balanced and polished, combining Bordeaux-inspired elegance with distinctly Okanagan freshness.
The wine was aged for 21 months in French oak, including 30% new oak, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging before release.
Alcohol: 14.8%
Ideal Pairings: Mushroom risotto, herb-crusted lamb, pork tenderloin with balsamic glaze, aged cheeses, or dishes with rosemary and thyme.
2025 Winemaker's CUT Rosé
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia
Delicate yet expressive, this dry rosé opens with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, watermelon and rose petal, lifted by citrus zest and fresh herbs.
The palate is bright and refreshing, with juicy red berries, pink grapefruit and white peach carried by vibrant acidity and a subtle mineral edge. Light-bodied and beautifully balanced, it finishes crisp and clean with lingering red fruit and citrus.
Cool fermentation in stainless steel helps preserve the wine's aromatic purity, freshness and lively Okanagan character.
Ideal Pairings: Grilled prawns with charred lemon, chili & herb butter, fresh seafood, tuna tartare, Mediterranean dishes, sushi, goat cheese, or summer salads.
2021 Rosewood “Afternoon” White
Niagara Peninsula, Ontario
Inspired by White Bordeaux, Afternoon is a blend of 66% Sauvignon Blanc and 34% Sémillon. It opens with bright orchard fruit, citrus blossom and a delicate floral lift.
On the palate, white peach, green apple, pear and lemon zest meet crisp acidity and a subtle mineral thread. Light-bodied, lively and refreshing, the wine finishes clean and elegant with lingering citrus and stone fruit.
