Tasting Notes

This blend presents deep ruby hues and enticing aromas of blackberry, plum, and cherry, accented by notes of cedar, vanilla, and warm baking spices. On the palate, it delivers a rich and supple texture with flavors of dark fruit compote, mocha, and toasted oak. The finish is long and smooth, balanced by gentle tannins and refreshing acidity.

About Kascadia

North American wines, including those from Canada, the United States, and Mexico, have risen to the top of the list when it comes to the world's "new world" wines. These regions have rapidly established themselves as producers of exceptional quality and diverse varietals, challenging the long-held dominance of classic Old World wine regions like France, Italy, and Spain.

"The wine renaissance is here, and it spans from Napa to Niagara!" - VJ Gandhi
