This wine is produced using traditional Bordeaux methods. Hand-harvested fruit was carefully sorted in the vineyard, with each component lot vinified separately. Berries were cold-soaked for two days prior to fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrel over winter. The wine was aged for 21 months in 30% new French oak, alongside two- to three-year-old barrels, then further refined with 12 months of bottle aging prior to release—resulting in an elegant, cellar-worthy Cabernet Franc.
