Following the devastating frost that impacted local vineyards in 2024, this Grüner Veltliner was thoughtfully crafted in British Columbia using premium Yakima Valley fruit. Grapes from Bloxom Vineyard were harvested on September 27th and transported overnight to the Okanagan to preserve freshness. After three hours of skin contact, fermentation proceeded for 26 days using 35% neutral oak and 65% stainless steel, followed by five months of stainless steel aging to maintain purity and vibrancy.
Food Pairing Suggestions
Pairs beautifully with shellfish, sushi, roasted chicken, spring vegetables, and light pasta dishes. Its natural acidity and subtle spice also shine alongside dishes featuring citrus, herbs, or mild heat.
