Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale straw in the glass. The nose opens with generous aromas of ripe peach and honeysuckle. On the palate, this Pinot Gris is vibrant and fruit-forward, offering layers of apricot, orchard stone fruit, and baked pineapple that reflect a classic Okanagan harvest.

A refreshing natural acidity brings balance and energy, leading into a clean, lively finish that keeps the wine bright and inviting.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Winemaking Notes

This Pinot Gris is crafted predominantly from Pinot Gris, with small additions of Viognier, Chardonnay, and Muscat to enhance aromatics and palate texture.

The Pinot Gris grapes undergo a short period of skin contact prior to pressing to build aromatic intensity. Separate juice parcels are fermented using multiple yeast cultures to increase complexity and mouthfeel. Slow, cool fermentation preserves the wine’s fresh fruit profile and natural vibrancy.

The final blend is carefully balanced to highlight freshness, aromatics, and a soft, textured palate.

About Kascadia

North American wines, including those from Canada, the United States, and Mexico, have risen to the top of the list when it comes to the world's "new world" wines. These regions have rapidly established themselves as producers of exceptional quality and diverse varietals, challenging the long-held dominance of classic Old World wine regions like France, Italy, and Spain.
