Corral Wine Co.

Corral Wine Company is a boutique, family-owned winery rooted in the heart of California’s Central Coast. Founded as a production of Bell Family Vineyards, Corral began in 2017 when the family barreled their first estate Pinot Noir in a working barn in Corral de Tierra, California — a small community nestled between the Salinas Valley and Carmel Valley. From those humble beginnings, the winery has grown thoughtfully, expanding its lineup to include a diverse range of varietals sourced from some of the best fruit in the region. The goal remains simple: to craft wines that are balanced, expressive, and true to their terroir.

Corral is not a fancy, industrial operation; it is a hands-on, honest wine project driven by passion, tradition, and a deep respect for place. The team works with fruit on the Central Coast, using traditional practices that highlight the natural characteristics of the vines and vineyards they cultivate and source from.

Our Philosophy & Winemaking

At Corral Wine Co., winemaking is about faithful expression of site with minimal pretense. The wines are crafted to showcase the unique climatic influences of the Central Coast — from the cooling breezes of nearby Monterey Bay to the warm days that help grapes ripen fully. This balance between cool coastal influence and abundant sunshine allows for wines that are lively, elegant, and food-friendly.

The Corral team believes in letting the vineyard speak for itself. Whether it’s their crisp Sauvignon Blanc, elegant Pinot Noir, or other varietals inspired by the region, each bottle reflects a commitment to quality and a connection to the land.
