Drop two cubes into a flute or spritz glass. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Stir if the drinker wants the flavour to land immediately, or let the cubes slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours. Sparkling water works for a mocktail build. Pairs across mimosas, bellinis, and spritzes.
