This Icewine opens with vibrant aromas of apricot, dried mango, honeycomb, and candied citrus peel. The palate is rich and full-bodied, offering layers of tropical fruit, golden raisin, caramelized pear, and orange marmalade. A bright streak of acidity keeps the sweetness in check, finishing long with hints of vanilla bean and spice.

Harvested in the dead of winter, the Vidal grapes were pressed while frozen, yielding a naturally concentrated juice that was slowly fermented to preserve its rich texture and complexity.
