This zesty, classically styled Sauvignon Blanc combines pink grapefruit and green apple with delicate herbal notes and spice. Beautifully balanced, it’s fresh, vibrant, and textured, with a stony minerality that carries the long finish.

Pale straw in color, green apple on the nose in addition to pink grapefruit, gooseberry, lime, fresh cut herbs, flint, and white flowers. On the palate you get texture, minerality with vibrant acidity and a long, refreshing finish.  Aging potential of 3 years. 

Possible food pairings include but not limited to oysters on the half shell, Spot prawn gazpacho, Crusted goat cheese salad and Fried smelt with frites.
