Bohemian wines are single vineyard blends made in extremely small volumes. The wines come from their finest barrels and only are produced when the vintage is appropriate. They also play classical music in their vineyards and at the winery, which they find helps make better wine. Very Bohemian.
A deep purple color with black fruit, black licorice, pepper, spice, vanilla on the nose. Dry on the palate with medium-full-body, fruit forward with a medium long finish.
This complex, expressive Syrah shows lush blackberry and dark plum fruit that’s accented by white pepper and delicate violets, leading to a mineral-driven finish. Burgers, dry rub ribs, eggplant parmigiana, grilled striploin, roasted lamb, braised beef short ribs, pan-seared duck, hard cheeses like comte drink now or age 4- 7 years.
Hailing from the deadman lake vineyard, in Oliver BC. The grapes were cold soaked for 2 days in organic yeast fermentation for 18 days, free run press, full malolactic fermentation for 10 months in Slovakian, American and French oak barrels.
Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following week as carriers deliver on business days.
